We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our database infrastructure to update our encryption-at-rest configuration. This change is part of our ISO/IEC 27001 certification roadmap and further strengthens the security and protection of our customers' data.
Expected impact: this maintenance affects only customers hosted in our South America installation. During the maintenance window, the platform will operate in read-only mode — you will be able to access and view your data, but changes will not be saved. Customers in other regions will not be affected. No data will be affected by this change.
We will update this page when maintenance begins and once it is completed.
