Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Jul 25, 19:50 GMT-03:00
In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Jul 25, 18:00 GMT-03:00
Scheduled - We will be performing a scheduled maintenance window covering the following activities:

Deployment of a new antivirus scanning solution across platform servers, strengthening our protection layer against malicious code.
Completion of the expanded connectivity redundancy configuration for all applications, extending the redundant origin architecture implemented as a corrective action following the incident reported last week. All applications will now have an alternate connectivity path available in the event of a primary provider failure.
Security updates applied to infrastructure and operating system components.

Expected downtime: approximately 1 hour. During this period, HEFLO will be unavailable and users may encounter error messages when attempting to access the platform. Access will be restored automatically once the maintenance is complete — no action is required on your side.

We recommend saving any work in progress before the maintenance window begins.
